Most vinyl liners give nine to twelve Tennessee summers. These are the signs the clock has run out.

Fading and staining

UV and chemistry bleach the pattern and turn the waterline chalky. Cosmetic first, brittle next.

Wrinkles and stretching

Vinyl loses elasticity with age. A liner that slips out of the track or wrinkles on the floor will not reseat forever.

Unexplained water loss

Losing more than a quarter inch a day beyond evaporation usually means a seam or puncture. We find it and tell you honestly whether a patch or a new liner is the right money.

We take exact measurements of your pool, walls, steps, and corners, and you choose the liner pattern and thickness from current books.

Fabricated to fit.

Your liner is cut and seamed for your pool alone. While it is made, we inspect the floor, walls, and track, and repair what the old liner was hiding.

Set, vacuumed, and filled.

We set the liner, vacuum it tight to the shell so it sits without wrinkles, fit every gasket and faceplate, and stay through the fill.

Most residential liner replacements in Middle Tennessee run $5,000 to $9,000 installed, depending on pool size, liner thickness, and what we find under the old liner.
