A cabana earns its keep when it is engineered: posts anchored into real footings, spans sized for Tennessee wind, slatted walls that give privacy without killing the breeze, and a roof, louvered, fabric, or solid, chosen for how you actually use the corner.

Then we make it livable after dark: ceiling fans for July, dimmable lighting for dinner, and outlets where the speaker and the blender want to live.

Anchored and Engineered

Footings below frost line and hardware rated for weather, so the structure is still square when the kids graduate.

Wired for Evenings

Fans, lights, and power run through the posts during construction, not stapled on after. Evenings are half the reason to build it.
