A pool house earns its place when it looks like it was always part of the property. We match roofline, stone piers, and siding to your home’s existing architecture, whether that is a standing-seam metal roof over painted brick or a cedar structure that echoes a more rustic build.

Inside the shade, we wire for the things a family actually uses: outlets and lighting, a ceiling fan, a mounted TV, sometimes a wet bar or mini kitchen. Some clients want an open-air pavilion with furniture. Others want a full cabana with a changing room and half bath. We build to whichever end of that range fits your yard and your budget.
